The lesson that changed everything
I remember a moment in my coaching training. I saw the solution. I intervened. I seemingly saved the situation – and got nothing but a sober reply: “That wasn’t your task.” That sentence shook me – and shaped me. I learned: My task is not to solve problems. My task is to open up possibilities. To listen. To hold space. To keep the pace. And to set impulses only when the moment is right. This attitude shapes my coaching to this day: clear, present, deep.
